| Nikki oversees the Residential Team. Her degree in public justice and time spent as an early child interventionist have made Nikki a natural at guiding people in the right direction with all of their real estate needs. Her hands on approach with the team's listing agents and buyer specialists allow her the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and their families. | ||||||

Jim Boad | |||||
| Jim’s interest in real estate dates back to the late 90 ’s when he finished his tour of duty with the U.S. Army and began renovating distressed properties just outside of Seattle Washington. When Jim and his wife Nikki moved back to Arizona, they got their real estate licenses and the rest is history. Finding the models and systems offered by Keller Williams gave The Boad Team the guidelines to become top producing agents in our ever changing market. The team now consists of experts in all aspects of real estate. This has given Jim time to pursue Commercial Real Estate endeavors with seasoned, expert mentors. | ||||||

Judi Boad |

Judi began renovating properties in the Valley with her son Jim when he and Nikki moved back from Washington State. Judi has honed her skills as an investor and negotiator over the years and is the team expert at finding and overseeing renovation projects with substantial margins. Working hand in hand with Investor clients has made Judi a valuable asset to The Boad Team. |

Mike Ranallo | |||||
Mike is a graduate from the Walter Chronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications at ASU, the #1 broadcasting school in the nation. He was a Sigma Chi Fraternity member and has aired on Cox and Sun Devil Television as a sports broadcaster for ASU three years running. Mike is full of life and personality. Although Mike works all aspects of Residential Real Estate, his continued presence as a V.J. for E! Entertainment in Tempe and Scottsdale make him the perfect Condo hotspot expert. |

Vikki Madsen |

Vikki first started in real estate in 1977 as a property management bookkeeper. She obtained her real estate license in Washington State in 1984. When Vikki moved to the Valley in 1998, she got her Arizona real estate license and became a Transaction Coordinator in residential sales. She procured her real estate Broker’s license in 2004 and joined The Boad Team in early 2006 as Transaction Coordinator/Team Administrator bringing all of her bookkeeping, property management, HOA management, and residential real estate experience with her. |
